摘要

采用七氟丁酸与二乙烯三胺一端的胺基反应,制备氟化二乙烯三胺。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)证明氟化二乙烯三胺的合成,然后采用非等温DSC法确定其与环氧树脂的固化温度。最后将氟化二乙烯三胺与E51环氧树脂进行固化得到含氟的环氧树脂浇注体,并测试了其热稳定性、力学性能和吸水率等。结果表明,氟化二乙烯三胺固化后的树脂浇注体具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能,在蒸馏水中浸泡24h后,吸水率仅为0.14%,浸泡30d后仍保持良好的力学性能,表明其耐水性得到显著提高。

Abstract

The fluorinated diethylenetriamine was prepared by reacting heptafluorobutyric acid with an amine group at one end of diethylenetriamine.The synthesis of fluorinated diethylene-triamine was proved by fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum (1H-NMR).Then the curing temperature of the epoxy resin(EP) was determined by non-isothermal DSC method.Finally,the fluorinated diethylenetriamine and E51 EP were cured to obtain a fluorinated EP cast body,and measured the thermal stability,mechanical properties and water resistance.The results showed that the fluorinated EP cast body had excellent thermal stability and mechanical properties.After immersing 24h in distilled water,the absorption rate was only 0.14%.And the mechanical properties of EP cast body were still maintained after 30d immersion,indicating that its water resistance was significantly improved.
